Instructional Design & Curriculum Development
I create and deliver educational and training materials to learners of all ages in a variety of ways. Often this work is in eLearning, both synchronous and asynchronous learning. This may be developing a course with subject matter experts or redesigning a course for better flow, accessibility, and increased engagement of learners. I am a certified Moodle Educator and have also worked in other learning management systems like Canvas.
While I have worked in both industry training and education, much of my experience has been in Career Technical Education for high school and adult learners, working in a variety of disciplines from Career Exploration to Personal Financial Literacy to Technical Trades.

I've always been interested in education. I found my calling, not in teaching, but in curriculum development and creating learning experiences. I've enjoyed working as an instructional designer for high school and adult learners. And I've been fortunate to be able to take on freelance jobs working with other ages as well.
